Dwight Yoakum was a fucking pallbearer at Johnny Cash's funeral. I think Dwight Yoakum is perfectly capable of covering Johnny Cash, and I think he does a damn fine job. But you are right, we should let music just die with original artists. Your ignorance makes people around you dumber. Do us all a favor, and think before you comment.

Don't rip on Dwight's band. You can't replace people like Luther. This fella's one heck of a player. This version isn't supposed to match Johnny's either. It's Dwight tribute to him, but as always he add a good deal of himself into it.
